Here's an example. If you drink 6 cups of tea a day with sugar and take one less spoon of sugar in each cup that equates to eating 1 Kilo bag of sugar less every month!

That's 12 less bags of sugar a year and that's a lot of sugar!

Health and well-being becomes more and more important as 700 people a day are diagnosed with diabetes and obesity continues to rise.

We know how hard it can be for people to change what they eat and make it sustainable. For this reason, we have set up The One Less Challenge.

The aim of the challenge is to encourage people to join in and pledge to #havejustoneless for 30 days.

This can be anything from a spoonful of sugar per cup of tea/coffee to a pint or a bar of chocolate less. It's all about having one less of that something you know you really should cut down on.
